A written notification of cancellation must be e-mailed to: registration@citiesonvolcanoes6.com. The full fee will be refunded if written notification is received at CoV6-Tenerife 2010 by April 20, 2010. Cancellation received between April 21, 2010 and May 30, 2010 will have a 50% processing fee deducted from their refund.
